As they expand into the Atlanta, GA Metro market, they are building an exceptional leadership team. The General Manager will partner closely with the Executive Chef, Culinary Director, and Director of Beverage to align the restaurant’s daily operations with the broader mission and values of the company. This role is ideal for a driven leader who thrives in fast-paced environments, builds high-performing teams, and leads with both empathy and precision.


What You’ll Do

  • Build, lead, and inspire a high-performing front-of-house team committed to operational excellence and hospitality.
  • Set and uphold daily service standards, ensuring seamless coordination between kitchen and service teams.
  • Collaborate with culinary and beverage leaders to deliver exceptional, consistent guest experiences.
  • Act as the cultural steward of the restaurant, fostering a warm, inclusive, and motivated team environment.
  • Develop and execute scheduling, inventory, and performance systems that balance efficiency with team wellbeing.
  • Provide hands-on leadership, mentoring, and clear communication across all departments.
  • Ensure all FOH systems are aligned with brand standards, hospitality goals, and business objectives.
  • Partner with the Executive Chef on service timing, floor flow, and guest feedback loops to maintain excellence at all levels.
  • Serve as a strategic voice within the broader leadership team, contributing to high-level decisions and cross-functional initiatives.
  • Support recruitment, hiring, and talent development with a focus on diversity, inclusion, and long-term growth.
  • Collaborate with the Home Office on systems rollouts, training, and compliance with company-wide standards and initiatives.


What They Need From You

  • At least 8 years of progressive front-of-house leadership in high-volume, full-service environments.
  • Deep understanding of restaurant operations, scheduling platforms, and inventory systems.
  • Excellent communication, organizational, and conflict-resolution skills.
  • A hands-on, approachable leadership style that fosters trust and accountability.
  • Comfort with Microsoft Office and hospitality-focused platforms (e.g., scheduling, POS, inventory).
  • Ability to walk and stand for extended periods.
